Scripts.log takes years to download.

Heli was a HUEY, how can I identify who spawned it?

Depends on your scripts.txt

If you have set it up correctly or have part of the code he used to spawn it listed as 1 in scripts.txt meaning the server logs it.

the server would have written it to > scripts.log

The thing is if he was not kicked from your server he probably used a script that is not being detected by BE and also not by your server security measures.
