Spawn outside map and getting instant killed.

When i try to logon to a server, i end up in some random hill out of nowhere, where i die instantly..i just spawn and die immediately after. I dont have any clue how i got here or how i can get out of here?

Might of been new beta patches are released frequently.

So i installed this update, login to a server and find myself (what i think) outside the map, i can see players spawning here from time to time and then they disappear maybe 2-3 seconds after.

This is weird, is there a way to get relocated somehow ?

there are also 3 NPCs standing here in a group, i have no clue what place this is. help?
