force-feeding charcoal tablets and its effects

Those darn charcoal tablets are in essence laxatives right? imagine taking a prisoner. handcuffing him and putting a burlap sack on his face. Nowadays you could feed him some alcohol or rotten food sure... but wouldn't it be awesome to force feed them laxatives?

i can already imagine the effects: your pants are now ruined!

on a serious note though, it could make for a temporary status effect that means you cant sprint for 5 minutes or at least not spring constantly because you have to "hold it in".

what do you guys think?
