Can't respawn my 1st Person character.

I spawned in Olsha and tried to kill my character by repeatedly lobbing him off the shack that has a ladder up to the roof which normally spawns a crossbow/CR527/Sporter 22 and after a while it permanently ragdolled my character.  I'm able to see just fine, I still see status effects like cold and hunger, but I can't move or respawn.  How do I fix this?

Your best bet would be to leave DayZ on until your character dies of hunger or cold.

You can also submit a ticket on the feedback tracker. Then the support team can see if it's possible to "reset" your character: http://feedback.dayzgame.com
