I think it would be hilarious if you could 'find' Hornady Zombie Max ammo in the game. It could carry a premium damage value when used vs regular ammo.

I'm not affiliated with the company, just an (IPSC) shooter who loves their packaging and marketing strategy - and Day Z!

I think any addition to ammo or ammunition modification would be AWESOME. like being able to make rounds hollow tip or mercury filled even blanks or incinerate rounds ?
