FPS lag / Mini freezes while in dayz

I don't have this problem with arm2:oh or arma 2 maxed out, But as soon as i swap to dayz i have to turn every thing on low or off, Now this make's the game run decent but still get some FPS lag / the mini lock up's, Is this a known problem with the mod and will it be fixed soon? This has caused me meany deaths :(

Do you launch it with SixLauncher?

I started playing DayZ with that to.

And had like stutter every 20 seconds.

Now i launch it without SixLauncher.

Problem solved.

Trying to get it to run through the game but the beta patch is being a bleep and won't start (grapic engine start error?)
