Need help changing Port

Hello people :) I am having an issue connecting to servers with my brother because we both use the same (router/public ip) and need to edit my ARMA shortcut to change the port. This i believe will work the problem is i don't know how ^.^ If i could get pointed at least in the right direction that would be awsome!!
