A few tech questions (antibiotics, painkillers, 'leg in pain' warning)

Recommended Posts

So, there's a few questions bugging me lately...

What is the 'my leg is in pain' message? It happened to me from time to time to have a reccurent instance of this message after getting hit by a zombie, also, it seemed that the symtoms of it were those of an infection (constant loss of blood and water)... but as far i know, neither painkillers or antibiotics are functional now, right?

So... should i be carrying painkillers and antibiotics, or is it just a waste of space?

How can i fix the 'leg in pain', should it appear again (a splint seemed to have worked once, but not always)?

Also, on another note, where's the new military base thats replacing the balota tent town?

Yeah, happens sometimes after getting hit. Means there is no fracture, but it hurts. I didn't notice a constant blood or water loss. But you should fix it anyways, because it's much harder to aim with a gun, because of a greater sway.

You can fix it with morphine or a splint (rags + stick) and that should always work.

I don't carry painkillers and antibiotics with me, until now there's no use for it.

If you lost blood drink and eat until you are "hydrated" + "energized" then you get into the "healing" state and regenerate blood fastre (but stop eating when you are stuffed).

For me, the "My leg is in pain" message never had any affect. I never noticed my weapon sway being off or anything. A fracture or broken leg is a different story.
