Inventory scroll issues back?

Scrolling in inventory has been "sticking" and not working.  I've tried all the old tricks, waiting a few seconds, clicking on the exterior of the inventory box and then scrolling, yelling at the screen.  Anyone have another work-around?  Usually, I can close my (+)s and get a little closer to what inventory is in the backpack, but even then sometimes am unable to access items at the very bottom.   This was happening when I first started the game a while back, seemed to go away, and is now an issue again.   :|
