no fast movement while crouching and prone

Hello, first of all sorry for my bad english.

 

Here is my problem:

Since some time i wanted to play dayz again but soon quit playing because of the fact that i cannot move fast while beeing prone or crouched.

I can sprint crouching but no normal "run" speed. its just like you have raised your weapon. same in prone.

But when i stand up i can go, run, sprint normal.

 

my weapon is not raised. no right click helps no pressing space or watether.

 

Somebody an idea? I searched the hole internet but nothing to this concrete problem.
