*Timeline of events before/after error:

Buddy and I were exploring around Berezino. I saw a smoke stack and decided to climb up for a better look around. Climbed to second level and decided to go higher. Climbed to top level and teleported on fencing slowly sliding off. Scrolled and selected climb down ladder before I fell to my death. Started climbing down, reached level 2 of tower insta knock out with broken bones and a fast bleed. About 500 blood a second bleed. My buddy climbed up to save me before I died. When I revived from knock out appeared off the side of the smoke stack, fell to my death. Lost a long standing character that has survived for at least two months of my on again off again playing.
