EU8 - player "donnerbüchse" exploiting disconnects

Today on server EU8, in the supermarket on Polana, 2 survivors cross paths. The server had just reset, there were only a handful people on yet. Both survivors open fire upon another, one of them stops moving/firing, shortly after winks out of existence, liberally splashing blood. "Player donnerbüchse has lost connection". First survivor bandages herself, reloads, deals with the zombies attracted by noise, eats steaks. Other guy winks back into existence, looking hale and hearty, fires a few rounds while moving forward, this gal empties her last AK mag into him, he keeps walking until he hits the wall, keeps walking for another second or two, then winks out of existence again. This gal, broken bones, tries to crawl out of there, shortly afterwards the guy pops into existence again, not a blood stain on him, and kills her.

Dear admins of EU8 (hosted by ASG), if you can, please check logs to corroborate that it was indeed this player "donnerbüchse", and take measures if you can.
