Who Recruits:All Victory Gamerz recruiting is performed by a -=Vg-C=- Council or the -=Vg-R=- Recruiter only.All recruiting decisions depend on the final say of the -=Vg-C=- Council, -=Vg-R=- Recruiter -=Vg=- Members .We do not automatically accept people by associationHow recruiting takes place:1. The Victory Gamerz is an vote to join clan! Once you have filled out the clan application and have came to the teamspeak server you to speak with a -=Vg-R=- (Recruiter) or a -=Vg-C=- (council) you will be issued your Vg-r tags in the teamspek server.You may now wear the recruit tags. At this time you are on a two to three week trial/probationary periodYOU MUST JOIN THE TEAMSPEAK AFTER FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION TO OBTAIN RECRUIT MEMBERSHIP.TEAMSPEAK 3 SERVER INFO. victorygamerz.clanvent.com:66132. If you feel there is someone who you think should be in the clanrefer them to a council member All players interested in the Clan are encouraged to continue to playon our servers & post in our forums. There is ranks but they are never used to look down on another player of a lower ranks. Our Rank system is purely for the clan and community structure nothing more. We are laid back and do not tolerate ass hats or over ego maniacs period. We are simply here to have fun and enjoy the games we play.
