Team Speak 3 and Arma 2 DayZ mod issue?

Here is the process that i take to get onto Arma 2 DayZ mod.

 

1. Launch steam and then minimize it

2. Launch DayZ commander and connect to the server i want to join

3. i get into the game and play around for like 20-25 mins

4. Launch Team Speak 3

5. I lose connection to the server and dayz commander says that all the servers are down (10000 ping for ever server i see)

6. close Team Speak 3 and wait about 1-2 mins refresh the server list and every thing works fine

7. connect to the same server

8. launch Team Speak 3 and get kicked again

 

I dont know why this happening, but it has been going on for a while now and i cant seam to find a fix to this problem.

If anyone has any information on what is going on it would be much appreciated if i could get some feedback on how to solve this problem.
