sempifer 1 Posted June 30, 2012 so my brother decided to get his own steam account and bought himself a copy of the game so that we could both play on our own accounts on the same computer......the problem is that only 1 of the steam acounts sis able to launch the game, while the other gets some missing. pcb files and many other errors...is there a way of getting through this? please help?i have tried using 2 different windows accounts with 2 different users... and no luck. same thing happens..please help us :( Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
sempifer 1 Posted June 30, 2012 nevermind i managed to get it working... the only downside is i cant use the PMC and BAF on either accounts so i uninstalled them.. those are the ones that cause all the errorsi just copied steam folder toa nother location, then deleted everything except steam.exe and steamapps folderafter steam updated i logged with the second steam account (using the other steam that i just copied to another folder)... so basically ull have the game file twice in 2 different locations.. and 2 different steam.exealso i didnt need to create another windows user so my character and my brothers have the same name and all ... but atleast i dont have to be switching windows accounts... just login on whichever steam account ur going to use and launch the game simple as that... hope this helps some of you guys with same problems.... fell free to pm me i might even help ya out its easy as cake bro..
