Use could be for temporally fixing broken legs.

By using whiskey you get dazed, your screen shaking or bobbling will make you hard to aim, bright light makes you have similar effect as after using night vision, hard to walk or slower walking time.

Yeah easier to find alternative to morphine would be good, adding some penalties to it would balance it out.

Yea but the fact the morphine even fixes broken legs is utterly stupid.... Morphine can't possibly fix broken legs rocket should name it something else even if he has to invent his own broken leg fixer drug :P
