The exact spot you got hit on the body should have blood, bruises, scratches, etc. After you bandage, those hit identifiers should persist.

 

Then when you come across someone with 9000 hit identifiers, you'll know he's boss.

There is already bleeding on the point of impact, I think adding scratches and bruises on those spots, (since it will be dynamic) will be a big overload to the sever. Because it has to keep track of every wound on every player.
