Confused on gun scope

So i picked up a L85a AWS and it has a scope on it. Everytime i look through the scope it is a green shading ( which i understand is the night vision) or I can toggle it to go to an orange color ( not sure what that is)...My question is :....Is there a way to switch the gun back to a regular sight scope?

of course the people who don't know how to use them get all the good guns. :p

the orange vision is thermal, and there is not a way to switch to normal scope. You have to choose between thermal or NV.

The orange one is thermal. I don't believe you can look through it as a regular scope, though I'm not 100% sure.

No, upon pressing "n", you will activate the thermal scope which allows you to see all "living beings" colored in a bright white against a red background. The scope has also 2 zoomlevels. So no - there is no normal scope - only nightvision and godmode.
