Impaired Movement(Non-Broken Legs Issue)

Whenever I try to move I am unable to with the WASD keys. I am able to move with my UP-DOWN-RIGHT-LEFT keys just fine. However if I start trying to press different keys from L. CTRL/L. SHIFT to my WASD keys it will make me walk anywhere from backwards to diagonally in any which way it pleases pretty much. I am able to use TAB/ESC and navigate them just fine. My mouse works just fine and responds in game as well. My problem lies within the fact that I am unable to use pretty much my entire keyboard and this happened recently. Should I try a fresh install or is there any work around to this?
