I don't know about the hookers and twerking, but I like your idea. I think that if people want vendors and such it should be done how you displayed it. Now that is something I can see in a post apocalyptic world. And not npc vendors and money. Good Idea!

Agreed. Just wish people would chill the fuck out on KOS. It's killing the game imo.
