DayZ Commander - There was an error launching Arma 2 With Dayz

Hey people, 

I'm going crazy, have been trying to install DayZ, actually getting it working for 6 hours.

Read a lot of Google Search Sites etc.

 

So the steps i made and the problem I have.

 

1. I've installed Arma 2 from Steam and started it once

 

2. Installed Arma 2 OA from CD (typed original CD Key) started in once

 

3. ARMA2OACORFT_Update_160

 

4. ARMA2OACORFT_Update_162

 

5. ARMA2_OA_Build_112555

 

6. DayZ Commander installed - started as admin - refreshed all servers

 

7. On dayz Commander went to " install/update" and installed DayZ and DayZ_Epoch

 

8. Want to join any server, getting this message:

 

" There was an error launching Arma2 with DayZ.

 

Please check your directories in the settings panel AND be sure that you have the mod installed in the install/update panel.

 

... "

 

9. Went again to " install/update" and clicked " refresh versions " says " (up to date)

 

10. getting crazy :(( 

please help, what can I do ....
