This might have been fixed in this morning's patch. I don't know yet. However...

M104 and Winchester ammo are the same damn thing. 12 Gauge. The ammo should be interchangeable.

Also, while 45ACP revolvers do exist, they are uncommon. 44magnum revolvers or .357 (.38Spec). Just re-name the revolver ammo and you're good to go. When I pick up my 1911 and find "45ACP" in a revolver speed loader, I just get annoyed that I can't reload my 1911 mags with that 45ACP in the speed loader.

I also agree that the winchester and shotgun ammo was way to common. So far after the patch all of the ammo seems harder to find, but I've only played for a short while during lunch.

I agree with the shotgun thing, the winchester needs to fire the 8rnd 1014 mags.

But you still need the actual magazine for the 1911, slapping a moon clip/speed in the mag well won't do any good (even if it did fit).

True on the speed clip, but in theory I could chamber the rounds one at a time without a magazine. Also... I would never just throw away my 1911 magazines even when they are empty...

Maybe we need a system for mags that works like the water bottles? We already have partial mags.
