Need skype or TS3 help

Hi guys, 

 

These problem's i have are asked alot, although that i can't seem to fix them myself and would appreciate someone who can help me and guide me through the process.

The main issues are:

1.Server rejects me

2. Key's that are not assigned

3. Downloadable content that has to be deleted.

 

 

Last time it did it okay, i downloaded @dayz_epoch and than suddenly it started saying that the key's from @dayz_epoch are not assigned, while i was trying to play regular @DayZ mod.....

I have no idea how to fix all these problems and would like someone that can help me, please.
