.NET Framework Initialization Error

When i launch six launcher it doesnt launch instead coming up with this: PLease set registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.NET Framework\InstallRoot to point to the .NET Framework install location.

I have had this problem for a while before six launcher with other .NET Framework programs and never fixed it but I got somewhere but i hit a rock wall so to say I think i can fix it but i need to know how to find where the .net framework is installing to i can point it to the correct location.

There is two places so far with .net framework in it so idk i was wondering if any of you could help me please it is KILLING ME!!!

And also when I go on servers it goes through the process but it sometimes gets stuck at loading and the bar is full and some servers there isnt even a map just complete flat lands...
