If any weapon is in need of attachments, it's either the Ruger 10/22 or the Blaze 95, OK? 

But the B95 is more in need of an optic or smth. else, IMHO. It's in this game for soo long, and has gotten no love :(

The CR527 Carbine as it is has bigger problems. The reload animation cycles the bolt twice. If one were to do that IRL it would eject an unused round. It makes a poor rifle as the SKS does the job better.

It is a perfectly good rifle that makes sense in the game world.

 

It will be made more valueable later on when the sks for instance is made far more rare and bolt guns , shotguns and other civilian weapons become far more common.
