DayZ issues running?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me with this....I just bought dayz standalone, and when I launch it i get to the menu where everything is extremely blurry, and the only way to move my mouse is by clicking to see where it is. I managed to somehow get into the game and play (hardly) does anyone know the solution to fixing this? edit: here's some attached pictures:

yep i got it figured out now, i needed to go to "quality" and change it to my preferences, but thanks anyways :D
