A screamer is a type of zombie that screams when it sees a player , once it screams it attracks all the zombies in the sound radius. A screamer would be a female zombie. The scream can injure the player and the players hearing. The ear drum would be bleading , 100 blood lost per scream. The screamers arms are so scrawny that it can't attack only scream.
