Server not saving/responding?

So, when I logged into a server (99% capacity, not sure if it makes a difference) I was where I had last logged off in Dolina. I proceeded to spend a good 15-20 minutes making my way to Berezino, wondering around for the most part, and when I got to the outskirts of Berezino, I did a quick ammo check to make sure I wasn't caught off-guard. When I right clicked on anything, it sat on "Receiving". Checked my ping/bandwidth, everything seemed fine. Logged off and tried another quite full server and I was back to the starting point of where I first logged on earlier (Dolina).

 

Is this the case of a bad server? Issue with my connection maybe?

That's completely irrelevant and has been addressed numerous times.

 

Has no one else had this happen to them? It just happened for a second time :S
