BUckENbooz 2 Posted August 15, 2014 Now its not a big deal but I was just casually playing then the server went down for restart. I patiently waited and rejoined to find myself on the coast. A little worried I left, rejoined and still on coast with nothing but the starting flashlight and clothes. I tried 4 other servers to double check. I know there are several forums regarding this issue but I couldn't find a answer/solution. It's not really a big deal I don't mind getting gear again. But its just disappointing is all. I don't mind losing gear but I'd just prefer it to be a legitimate way, suck as dying by player or stupidity. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ive seen this happen/had this happen to me. "Player Rollback" (it loaded the last 'save' it has for you...which was on the coast) or when the server thinks you've "combat-logged" ie;BE crashing/not responding ('if' that server has that script/addon), strips you of your gear and punts you to the coast. I believe you'd be 'better-off' going to that servers forum boards.Try taking a break every hour'ish (Abort to lobby, wait a minute and rejoin) That "should" (I dont run a server so not 100%) save your players info to the server. BC_Hawke 276 Posted August 18, 2014 Keep in mind the public hive database is down, so there are no more public servers. Every server is a private hive so you have to be sure you join the same server to get your gear back. Is it possible you accidentally joined different servers?
