game broken

my character is reset each time I go into a server, I checked the data cache in steam, I desisntalé the game and re-installed but it still going on, I bought a server to play dayz but it has not been possible, and all this happens to me after the update.

Which server(s)? Your server maybe? If so it is that the server isn't set up correctly yet and is not sending your data to the main hive properly.

If your server is not working properly, contact your host service and ask them for help, if they won't help, I recommend finding another service. Besides that, you may be connecting to servers with Hive connection issues (Which means they don't recieve player data correctly). Try servers labeled things like ATL 1-1 or IL 2-3, which are specific state servers hosted by Bohemia. Best of luck, this may also be an issue with the game overall.

Edit: not saying this to be an ass, but if you name the thread better or use search you'd have an easier time to get to the information that can save your gear.
