Installed Private Military Company now can;t join servers in DAYZ

I downloaded and installed the Private Military Company expansion in order to get high rez textures. Now I can not join any servers, I get a long list of files the server will not accept. Does anyone know a fix ofr this?

i heard you need to apply the 1.60 patch again if you install PMC or BAF on a working version of Arma2/Arma2OA
