Dayz SA Anomalys after Reinstalling

Hi all.

Just trying to get some good sould to help me. I have 400h of dayz since january, since then all nice no problems, few days ago, i was only getting 20 servers on my list, so i decided to reinstalling the game.

But somehow , now while im dowloading it on steam, the download keeps stopping and i have to manualy put it dowloading again and sometimes show me this error " an error ocurred : DAYZ ()   " i already was able to install it but when i did it was all blurry ( not ingame the main menu i mean" i found out that the problem was on "Overral quality" at video sittings because when i change it to other option thats not custom it becomes all blurry all over again u cant even read the letters. Also game now its too laggy, my frames are now worse than ever, i mean i dont have such a nice machine but i was very able to play the game with low video settings , now i set them even lower and its steel bad.
