I try to talk to this man but it seems he has lost his head and want to axe me in the face. After i let my AKM talk to the axe scare man i go one my way, but not getting far when i run into two nice guys. After talking with them i led them to the axe man body, so they can take his gear, all in a days work as a ranger.
