aggathor 357 Posted August 10, 2014 Hello DayZ fans! It's been a while since I've conducted an experiment and I've noticed some rumors about running popping up recently, are they true or false? Only science knows :)
Robert Neville 59 Posted August 10, 2014 (edited) Nice experiment, well done scientifically and well presented. Do you have any suggestions about sprinting? Is always sprinting at full speed advisable? Edited August 10, 2014 by Robert Neville
aggathor 357 Posted August 10, 2014 Nice experiment, well done scientifically and well presented. Do you have any suggestions about sprinting? Is always sprinting at full speed advisable? Thanks! :) Anything under 100 meters is weapon out, anything over 100 meters is weapon away. If you're taking fire, wait until you have full breath before sprinting to your next piece of cover with your weapon out.
Tatum 1 Posted August 10, 2014 I've seen a video claiming that sprinting with raised fist ( so no weapon ) is faster then sprinting with fists down. Too bad you didnt test that.
Khanarac 252 Posted August 10, 2014 (edited) Nothing new for me in the vid, but I'm wondering why my mates always seem to run faster than me. They both play black males and I a white woman, though I would be VERY surprised if this was the cause of the perceived slower runningspeed. Robert Neville 59 Posted September 13, 2014 (edited) Hey Aggathor, I was wondering something. You run out of breath after 30 secs, which slows you down when running. Best way to regenerate breath is to sit down. How long does it take to fully regenerate breath when sitting down, compared to standing and walking?
