commander overide issue

So ive been able to connect to almost any server using commander, but when I wanted to connect to helltown servers I had to modify the launch parameters, and I also need to edit the dayz launch but when I check override box for dayz it stays grayed out and won't let me modify the line. I've ran the program as akin, normal and still can't. I've broad the forums and couldn't really find anything similar so any and all help would be amazing.
