Waiting for server response (again)

What happened: 1.4.12 came out, downloaded and installed it as the servers went down for what i assume was updating, now i find out that 1.4.12 is on hold and can't redownload it? anyways, when i connect to any server it gets stuck on waiting for server response, same for two of my friends

That's the loading bar bug

this error only happens on US1/2, I was able to play on NY and US3/4

As far i can see... The version is now 1.4.17

And i still can't join...
