Low frames in loading screen on, which previously worked fine with 20 being the lowest before this.

Hello, I have played a few hours of Dayz Standalone (30 give or take)

I say this because, this is a new issue that popped up, and I dont play dayz often, so I don't know which patch did it.

upon boot-up, I immediately get extremely low frame-rate, ranging from 10-0FPS, and it stays like that, for the whole options, I have not tryed testing in game, because chances are that it will go so low, I have to log off. Saying this, I have got a new graphics card, a MSI AMD Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card, but, I have had it before and played dayz with it, perfectly well. But then that card wasn't functioning correctly, so I returned it and got a replacement, and in those 3-4 weeks, I haven't had time to have played dayz.

I don't really coprehend what is doing this, because it worked fine before, and works well with other games.. Please help, Should I wait for the next patch released or what?
