Fps SPIKES lag

Hey guys i am now here cus i am getting assmad of the fps spikes i get in dayz/arma2oa :3

What is happening is that i get random fps spikes when i do certain things such as Zooming

Turning around and also just randomly sometimes.. The lenght of the spikes is different sometimes its 1 second sometimes it goes up to like 15 seconds of just freezing -.-

 

I usally have 40 - 65 fps (30 - 40 in big cities)

I also asked on an ingame server if anyone knew a fix most of the guts reffered to battleye causing the problem and i also red on a few forum topics that battleye caused some problems but i do have tried to delete and reinstall newest version of battleye

 

Does anyone know a fix of some sort?:) Will appreciate all help<3

I used to get pretty bad lag spikes until I started disabling my anti-virus and software firewall while playing.  Maybe give this a shot?

 I wouldnt recommend disabling any software protection. <_<  Similar to saying your can drive faster without a seatbelt.

 Perhaps post a screenshot of what your ingame graphics settings are.

 What 'kind of' server do you play on most? Vanilla DayZ, Epoch, Origins? Heavily populated? Empty..ping'n@ "x" ms?

I mostly play on dayz overpoch server BUT it is on all servers like wasteland / epoch etc

And it doesnt really matter if theres 20 people or 50 people :3 same on both .I
