bin\config.bin/CfgWeapons. problem

I keep getting this error each time i join a server, other posts and my friends tell me just to hit continue but when i do it shoves me back into the main menu for the game. i have reinstalled arma II multiple times and have all the mods up to date, but this problem persists, can anyone tell me how to fix it?
