Gun sound problem?

Recommended Posts

It may have already been discussed but I was absent, but anyways I was running about in Elektro before hearing whizzing past my ears, I knew I was being attacked by a fully auto, and I can confirm it was due to the amount of shots. Problem was I couldn't identify the gun because all I heard was the bullets go past, nothing other. Also another glitch is that sometimes the P1 doesn't emit any sound at all. Am I the only one getting this or do others suffer it? I know it's in early access but just checking if it's not just me :).

Happens to me a lot. 80% of the time when my friend shoots with his Mosin or his FNX45, I can't hear anything, even if he's standing right beside me.

Sounds are a total mess.  You won't hear sounds other people are hearing quite often, even if they're firing right next to you.  I've even had cases where I can't hear my own gun shots.

Guns often make a variety of different sounds as well, causing confusion as to what type of gun is even firing.  Today I heard what I could have sworn was a mosin being shot at me, and my friends kept telling me it was an SKS.  They turned out to be right, but the thing did not sound like an sks at all to me.

True. It was only a few days ago, my friend was shot in a police station, I shot his killer. My buddy swore he heard multiple shots (like you'd hear from an M4 or another assault rifle), but the guy only had a Mosin. And that's what I heard.

My problem exactly!
