First of all let me just thank you for watching. I appreciate it and I appreciate that you were respectful about it. You watched the video for what it was and that is just entertainment. I got some pretty nasty messages about this video yesterday and too be honest, they really just made me laugh. For the most part they were nonsense responses from people that just need something to complain about. Those guys that hate some aspect of the game keeps getting the best of them.

 

That being said let me explain myself briefly for those reasonable people that understand it’s a game and we all play how we want. Yes it is just a role. I’m playing a role in a game and that is really just it. DayZ has what I consider three roles. Survivor, Hero & Bandit. These are also play style types. Survivors like to just loot and stay alive and play the pve portion of the game. A hero helps survivors and hunts down those dirty bandits in addition to pve. Bandits kill and or rob plays for the thrill and for the loot in addition to pve. I know you know that but I’m just stating it for the record if you will.

 

I’ve played the Survivor and Hero roles to death on my channel. I’ve made hundreds of videos about them and let’s be honest YouTube is overwhelmed with “so called” heroes right now. The funny part about all the heroes on YouTube is that a very large majority of them and I won’t name names but have played with them and witnessed myself that they are just dirty bandits too. With a bit of editing they can portray themselves as the good guy very easily by narrating in a fictitious story about how this group of guys killed a buddy or blah blah. It’s all very easy to do but we all know that.

 

This is an example of my most recent Survival Series. I put a lot of work into this series and I tried hard to make it stand out from the rest with visual & audio effects, a great soundtrack and a editing style that just isn’t really seen on YouTube.

 

 

 I’ve done a ton of these and I’ve made several survival series using gameplay from tons of games and I build a reputation for making entertaining Survival series. Now I want to try something new. I had a hit series for WarZ where I played a demonic Bandit searching for souls where I displayed some of my voice acting talent and a character I created called “Streevil” he was a evil version of myself as a survivor. Here is an example of that

 

 

After playing as a survivor for so long I decided to try and start making something new. Something showcasing the other side of DayZ. The Darkside if you will. The side that the majority of players play but do not expose. Something that those viewers will enjoy. So I’ve taken a stab as some good old banditry. This video was just some stream high lights of kills that I got on stream the other night but my real Bandit series is “Ambushed”

 

 

This will be more like the types of videos that I will make for my bandit series. If I could have my way I would making nothing but Battle videos like this

 

 

but you can’t always have a legitimate squad battle. Someone always has to take the first shot and someone always ends up losing.

 

I’m not here to stir up a bunch of stuff as a bandit. I’m just playing the role. Without bandits treating your life the game is just a bore in my opinion and so now I choose to be the front man for the bandits and start creating more entertaining content to showcase the play style. Some will hate it and some will like it. I make them for those that like it. ;) Thanks for reading and thanks for watching. I welcome all heroes to come hunt me down and I welcome squad battles with open arms. We lose some and we win some but more importantly it’s fun and it’s immersive!

i hear ya man, loud and clear. i have nothing against anyone playing a certain roll and actually like bandits/KOS - keeps the game intense.

and it's fine to mix up your roles, you may get tired of playing the same way every time. i say do whatever you feel like in this game, that's the beauty of this unique game.

ive been known to kill players but i feel bad when i end up killing somebody who was clearly friendly. i would prefer to wait until somebody shows aggression towards me before i take shots to lessen any possible guilt.

 

may i suggest a video idea, setup trap/ambush/whatever at a jail or ATC and just wait for players (or geared players) then mess with em however you want.....think that would be interesting to watch. ive seen plenty of players at the svetlo jail on high pops come through there, seems like a good area to setup a sting operation. You can have a somewhat geared player or a complete bambi waiting outside the jail (being friendly) for players, if they mistreat/kill the player, then take em out from the woods. something like that.....you just gotta have patience when waiting for players to show up.

 

edit: it looks like you've already done something similar in your videos, never mind.....

LOL...... Yeah "Ambushed" is my new bandit series where I do stuff like that. We've done one so far at NWAF. Today I release one we do at NEAF.
