Barbed Wire is out of control

For anyone who attempts to argue that this is a "realistic situation" with barbed wire blocking off nearly EVERY building, you are full of brown fecal matter.

This is just getting absurd. Almost every server I go on, barbed wire is blocking off all buildings in major towns. With toolboxes practically as rare as GPS's, it becomes impossible to deconstruct them.

Am I the only one thinking barbed wire fences should require a toolbox, or other tool before being able to be setup? Or just plain removed all-together, or unable to be deployed in cities?

It also seems that removing barbed wire, doesn't remove them permanently. I went through the countryside on the US #150 server last night, going to each major city and taking down pesky barbed wire fences

Only to log in today, and find them all EXACTLY in the same places as before, which makes it appear that they respawned on server restart or something.

This isn't a dealbreaker. This isn't some, "OHMIGOD, FIX THIS OR I'M QUITTING". It's just a major annoyance.

lol the spawn rate is rather crazy, I was in elecktro the other night and picked up 13 barbed wire in 10-20 mins

Toolboxes are not rare. Just go to an industrial loot spawn and you'll find one easy. I have had one for weeks and see 2-3 a day.

Deep breaths people. Barbed wire is silly now, because there are two exploits open that are letting people get/use nearly unlimited amounts of wire.

I'm new but I've found dozens of spools and a dozen toolboxes, about 10 helicopter rotors, 100's of full jerry cans of fuel. Not a single box of matches yet though!

I did find a cz sniper rifle the other day but zombies got me during a makarov reload.
