Svetlojarsk (Светлоярск) should have A market

Svetlojarsk should have a Market in it because its a major town and there is a lot of spawns there and if there is a police station there should be a Market as well because someone could get all this good stuff and there will be no market where you can always have a trusted spot for food in a major town like Svet.
