No audio in-game

Hello, 

 

I just picked up DayZ today and for some reason I have no audio once I get in-game.  I have checked to ensure that my sound in other applications still works and it does.  I have no idea where to start when it comes to fixing this.  Any help?

Onboard sound. 

 

Also note that I have sound in the main DayZ menu.  Its just when I go in-game that it cuts out.  Also, the last time I loaded it I had in-game sound for about 5 seconds (it was raining) before I lost it again.

That is confusing. Make sure your drivers are updated for your computer is the only suggestion I can offer.
