losing all items and logging in in debug forest

I have the following problem: After a server respawn i logged in again and suddenly i was in the debug forest and i lost all my items. Can i do anything against this problem?

This just happened to me right now.

I have been playing all day ok, I went to join another server and then it spawned me in the never ending desert.

I have the beta patch,etc... and its been runnign great the last while, until right now ):

All my stuff is now dissapeared to ):
