FPS Issues

Hey guys I am a YouTuber and have been trying to record some DayZ all day;

My fps is as low as 10-25 and I find this unplayable, I have even tried putting all the settings on low, this only gives a slight improvement of about 5-10 more fps. And this is even before I start recording.

I have tried playing the single player and I max out at 60fps on very high settings.

I also experience a lot of texture pop-in on the DayZ mod.

Basically my PC seems to not like the mod and I am not sure why, has anyone had similar problems to this, does anyone know a fix?

My basic specs are below.

CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4ghz

RAM - 4gb DDR3

GFX - GTX460 SE

I can also upload a video showing how bad it is, and the differences between SP and Dayz if needed.

Try some more servers....I actually find that some servers I will for some reason get 5 fps. On other servers I will get 60+
