theguy8882 9 Posted June 29, 2012 I have been playing for a couple weeks and I've come across quite a few survivors. but when I try to talk to them I never get a response, and I have tried a lot of time, but I just don't get a response. I have made sure I'm using direct chat its just that no one seems to talk to me. I assumed that they just didn't know how to use the chat, but i've come across enough people that don't say anything to know somethings up. I've even told them period and comma to change chat channels and it still won't work. Am I doing something wrong .
sicknessog@gmail.com 37 Posted June 29, 2012 Some servers do not have side-chat enabled if you are using text chat.If you are using in-game voice, it could be A: Your microphone is not plugged in. B. You are talking too quiet. C. They have their own sound turn down. D. They do not speak english. Some people also may just be blind / deaf.
guidez 180 Posted June 29, 2012 I came across a new player that didn't know how to chat. I had him use the "vault" key (jump over fence key) for "Yes"'s until I taught him how to chat in game.
