Several Multiplayer Bugs

I am getting a couple of bugs

1. My Debug monitor seems to be missing and when I run my detection is always nothing at all.

2. Sometimes I will spawn in a green hilly arena

3. The chat seems to be being spammed by commands in green like "FALL BACK"

Along with numbers being stated such as "45, FORM ON ME"
