Game causing network issues?

Bought the combined pack off steam and then ran the six updater.

Everything seems fine but whenever I browse through the server list (in game or in six launcher), I lose network connectivity.

If I run a constant ping to my internal router on my second monitor, I can see that I begin dropping packets as soon as I try to refresh a server list or try to connect to a game. The server list propagates but always shows pings of 9999.

I've tried disabling all firewalls, disabling Anti-virus, running as admin, even as far as setting my computer up as a DMZ on my network. No luck.

Other than trying to load DayZ I have zero connectivity issues on my LAN or to the internet.

Hope somebody can help. Thanks in advance.
