Teleportation on Seattle119

Time: 3:20pm EST

What Happened: I was in the top floor of the Fire Station by the Power Plant. Looking around to see if I could find any players to stalk and I see this guy running full speed at the Power Plant gates. Literally a second later he is right infront of my on the top floor with his gun facing me shooting at me. I started shooting and he didn't die until I dumped my entire clip of my AK-74 into him. Again, as in my last report, this guy didn't bleed, or break a bone, or seem to exhibit any other status effect until he died. So I am not sure what other scripts he's running but I am sure he was using a teleporting hack to appear infront of me all of a sudden with a gun pointed right at me. I wasn't lagging at all either, I was at 37 ms for a ping. The players name was Insanity but he spells it with a bunch of capitals and lowercase letters all mixed up.

I am sure he was doing this to other players as well because when I killed him it was tallied as a Bandit Killed and not a Murder.
